Testing
We extensively test our products in salt spray chambers for around 1000 hours, whilst many of our competitors only test their solutions for 240 hours. Our products are also tested in climate chambers for temperature variation ranging from -60 to +120°C.
For peace of mind we can test your components and panels coated with Q-LINE® products for corrosion resistance. The tests we conduct adhere to any international standard requirements. Whilst providing performance indicators on how the coating would react in the toughest environments on earth. A frequently used common test is to assess the exposure of road salt to automotive parts especially around the under body section of a vehicle.
